Start a Vote for Your Break Room

Pick what you'd actually buy. Share the link with your coworkers. We'll send the results — and what it would cost — to whoever runs your office.

Three Steps. Two Minutes.

  1. Tell Us Where You Work

Company, city, rough headcount, and who should get the results.

  2. Share Your Vote Link

Coworkers swipe Crave or Skip on real products from their phones. Takes about two minutes; no app, no account.

  3. Get The Tally

The top-voted products, plus a right-sized proposal, land in your inbox within one business day.

Swipe a Real Vote.

Before you send anything to your team, take the vote yourself. It opens in a new tab, runs on a phone or a desktop, and nothing you tap here is saved against your workplace.

This is the same app your team uses after installation — the votes shape what we stock.

Start Your Vote.

Your vote link is built the moment you submit — copy it, drop it in Slack, or email it to the floor. The tally and a right-sized proposal go to you and to whoever runs your break room.

Who runs the break room decisions? optional

The office manager or facilities lead who should receive the tally and the proposal. Leave it blank and we'll send everything to you.

The Menu Follows the Score.

A vote isn't a survey we file away. It's how every 27 Grand Vending break room in the Kansas City metro gets stocked.

01
Votes
The lineup follows the votes. Employees vote Crave or Skip, every vote and purchase feeds a live demand score, and the menu follows it — nothing stays that your floor skips.
02
Cashless
Cashless-first checkout on every station — tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Purchases feed the score right back, so the menu keeps sharpening to your floor over time.
03
Local
A Kansas City operator who answers the phone. We run our own routes out of Merriam, Kansas, so the person who picks up is the person accountable for your break room.

The demand engine behind it is Grand Vending OS. The same votes shape the rotating lineup in office coffee service.
